Introduction

LIFE IS A BEACH PARTY Pub Crawl Ios, hereinafter “the Service” is provided by LIFE IS A BEACH PARTY P.C., a company incorporated under the laws of Greece (business registry number: 170131338000, tax number: 802109389, registered address: Main Street of Ios Town, 84001, Ios, Greece), hereinafter “the Company”.
By booking the Service and participating in one of our pub crawl events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Description of Service

The objective of the Service is to provide you with guidance on nightlife and entertainment on the island of Ios. For the provision of the Service, the Company may act as an intermediary between participants (you) and third parties, such as pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, concert organizers or any other provider of services related to nightlife and entertainment on the island of Ios in Greece.

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. By booking our service online you declare that you comply with the age requirement and agree that valid government-issued photo identification is required for all participants and may be checked at any time during events.

Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless stated differently in the description of a specific event. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation Policy (Section 5).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future event.

Good behavior

Participants in the service are expected to be respectful towards other participants but also other people they might encounter during nightlife. Participants are expected to drink responsibly and respect Greek laws and regulations. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to excessive intoxication, harassment, or violence, will not be tolerated. The Company or any of its affiliates collaborating with the company for the provision of the Service, reserve the right to remove any participant from the Service without refund.

Health and Safety

Participants must inform the Company of any medical conditions or allergies prior to an event. The Company will adhere to all local health and safety regulations, including any guidelines related to public health concerns. You hereby acknowledge that every venue providing food and drinks to the Pub Crawl Ios customers (restaurants, cafés, bars, clubs etc.) is governed by the laws of Greece in relation to National Health and Safety standards and is solely responsible for maintaining compliance with these rules. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during the event.

Liability

The Company is not responsible for the quality of any food or drink which is provided to you by any restaurant, cafe, pub, bar, club, concert venue etc. under the Service. Furthermore, by signing up to the Service as a participant you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its shareholders, employees, agents from any claims arising out of poisoning, injury, loss, damage, harassment or death incurred in the abovementioned venues which you may visit under the Service, since the Company only acts as a guide and intermediary (with the exception of the restaurant NIO FUSION in Chora with is operated by the Company).

Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to marketing materials, event descriptions, and photographs, is the intellectual property of the Company and should not be used without permission.

Privacy Policy

The Company is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your participation in the event and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. More information regarding your personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Please visit our website regularly to be informed of any updates.
